Shipping
All of our orders have a shipping period of 6 weeks from date of purchase. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are NOT responsible for delays due to customs.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded, an invoice for the new shipping label will be sent to the customer and once paid we can reship the items.
For questions regarding orders that have already shipped, please reference your USPS tracking number. Once we ship our products out it becomes the responsibility of USPS, and the order is no longer in our care or control.
